Every change goes through pull request review and an automated pipeline before it reaches production.

Unit, integration and end-to-end suites run on each change; releases are blocked when they fail.
Infrastructure as code
Environments are defined in code and rebuildable, never configured by hand in a console.
Secure by default
Threat modelling, dependency and secret scanning, and least-privilege access from the first sprint.
